IKEA and flat-pack assembly, TV wall mounting, shelves, curtain poles and blinds, doors that stick, hinges, locks and kitchen cupboards that never closed properly.
Interior and exterior painting, touch-ups between tenants, filling cracks, damp-stained ceilings, plasterboard, skirting boards and re-sealing silicone in bathrooms and kitchens.
Replacing sockets and switches, new light points, fitting lamps and spotlights, consumer units, doorbells and ceiling fans. Electrical work is carried out by a qualified electrician.
Dripping taps, cisterns, traps and blocked drains, replacing basins and toilets, water heaters, plumbing in washing machines and dishwashers. Gas water heaters: we check the basics (batteries, ignition, water pressure) and, if the gas side needs work, we send a DGEG-certified partner technician.

Holiday lets
A water heater that packs up the night before a check-in can't wait until you're next in the country. We work with owners and property managers of holiday lets and short-term rentals on preventive maintenance and fast turnaround between stays: paint touch-ups, breakdowns, assembly, replacements and the snagging list that grows over a season. You get one English-speaking contact who knows the property, sends photos and invoices you can file, and keeps the reviews about the pool — not the plumbing.

It depends on the job, but small jobs of up to an hour start from €45. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and you'll have a price before we leave the van.
No. Quotes are free and there's no call-out fee in Albufeira · Guia · Ferreiras · Olhos de Água · Vilamoura · Quarteira · Almancil · Loulé. Outside that area we charge €15 for travel, agreed in advance.
We usually reply within 2 hours and can normally be on site within 3 working days. Holiday let clients on a maintenance agreement get priority between check-ins.
Yes, Saturdays by appointment. Sundays for holiday let emergencies only.
Either way. We can buy what's needed and pass on the receipt, or use what you already have at the property.

Always. Every job comes with a proper Portuguese invoice (fatura) with your NIF, which you can pass straight to your accountant.
